4 months

We had Brekkens 4 month appointment yesterday. He is 25 inches tall and weighed 15 lbs and 10 oz. He is doing well, and was such a trooper with the shots. Already a tough little guy.

Family Pictures

We had a friend of a friend take our family pictures. It is her hobby and I think she did such a great job. Here are a few.

Brekken was so good while we were taking his picture.

Kiya loves holding him and giving him kisses.

How lucky I am. I have the cutest kids! ( I know I am biased) They are my Miracle and my Blessing.

She is growing up so fast.

What a Big Helper

Kiya really wanted to help me with Brekkens diaper. She pushed her toy bin up to the changing table.

She started unbuttoning his onsie and undoing his diaper. It was dirty so I had to take over from there.

But then she had to give Brekken loves.

She wanted to help her daddy mow our friends lawn.

She got to ride on the mower until we got to their house.

ZOO Trip

Kiya was so excited to go to the zoo with some of our friends.

Brekken was very intrigued by the mesh car seat cover.

Kiya and her friend being TIGERS!

They all loved looking at the turtle.
Kiya asks everyday if we can go to the zoo.

So excited

Kiya is so excited. She LOVES swimming and she get to start swim lessons next week!

One Fish, Two Fish

Yesterday we went swimming!! Boy was it refreshing and fun. We were in the pool for about two hours. We went with some friend who helped watch the kids. I have been so nervous to take the kids swimming without Ryan. Kiya loves the water and is not afraid. She is always equipped with her life vest or floties but she had not had swim lessons yet so I have to keep a close eye on her. I plan on getting thoes swim lessons this summer. Brekken loved the water as well. He was in the water for more than an hour. Never once did he fuss, even when he got splashed in the face with water. It was soo cute to see the kids in the water and having a blast. I wish we had a pool. We would be in it every day for sure. I hope that the kids keep their love of the water, and who knows maybe one day they will be a human fish like their auntie. Maybe even go to the Olympics. Okay I know too much. I just hope they always enjoy the water.
